My iPad mini 3 is on auto update and does not show 13 as an available update? Currently the iOS is 12.4.5.

If you need/want iPadOS 13, you will need to purchase a more powerful iPad to run it!
If you need an iPad that can run the latest and greatest versions of iOS, as well as, the most current apps available, then, you need to purchase a new iPad from Apple or a discounted, refurbished iPad from Apple’s Refurbished & Clearance section of Apple’s Website or a new or refurbished iPad from an Apple authorised, third party retail or online reseller OR other trusted sources for new or used Apple products.

A third generation iPad mini or any other model running 12.4.5 doesn't have enough RAM for 13.

What can I do about this? I need the new update.
This sucks because I can't have Reminders and other iCloud based services across my devices!
So mine is stuck from updating on the "plug into your itunes to update and restore".. well it won't restore or update now.. what do I do?
