I want to know if my iPad is unlocked to all networks
iPad (6th gen) WiFi, Cellular
If you purchased your iPad Cellular model directly from Apple, then it will be unlocked and usable with all compatible networks.
By contrast, if instead purchased from a Cellular Carrier, then it may be locked to that Carrier Network.
