So, currently I have my daughters old iPhone s A1633 64Gb because my iPhone got stolen on Bus 47 over a month ago.
It is quirky... here is a pic of my keyboard, nothing I try will put the WZAQX it’s been so long I’ve probably forgotten what the keyboard should be like!

Go to settings, keyboard, keyboards, English, select the layout you want.
Go to Settings/General/Language & Region. See what it shows.
