Hi! Where did you get your screen replaced at?


If it was from an Apple Store, Apple Mail In Repair, or Apple Authorized Service provider, I'd reach out to them about that, as that issue shouldn't be happening.


If it wasn't from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service provider, it's possible that they used a non-genuine display part even if they said it did. In this case, there's probably no way to get that error removed. If it was "genuine" as they said but it is in fact not, I'd request a refund.


If it was replaced yourself, it's (once again) possible that they used a non-genuine display part even if the seller you purchased it from said it was. Otherwise, it's possible that it was falsely detected as a non-genuine part. Try contacting Apple about this to see if they can provide any more info on it, if this is the case.
