Stuck out of my account

Hello,

I've lost my Iphone 5c and now I brought an Iphone SE .. My apple id works fine but when I want to upgrade the security it asks me to answer my security questions WHICH I FORGOT.. when I try to reset my security questions it sends me a code to the old Iphone 5c WHICH I LOST .. Now i'm stuck cuz to recover the security questions I need a code that is only sent to a lost phone that is offline on find my !

I followed the steps and recovered my account with a new password and got a confirmation email etc... But unfortunately I still can't change my security questions which I forgot the answers because the confirmation code is still sent to my lost Iphone 5c.. the problem is not my password but my security questions... I'd like to know how can I my security questions without sending a code to the lost iphone 5c.

If you followed the steps in the first link posted above and still can't recover the questions, contact Apple ID Support.
