Home videos to camera roll?

Hiya,

I have an mp4 video on my PC which I need to send as a video file via whatsapp. I have manged to import it into my iTunes library, and sync it with the phone so that it is now in the Home Videos section on my Apple TV app.

What I can't work out is how to save a copy to my Videos in the Photos app so that I can send it as a file.

Can anyone please help?
