I am using the ZAGG for the first time on my iPhone 4 and can't complain. The installation instructions sound complicated but they really aren't. Yes, it's not as smooth as the natural screen feeling, but I can still slide and move my fingers, works fine for me. I tried anti-glare before, but then you would loose some of the brilliance of the retina screen.

i have been having problems with the proximity sensor on my iPhone 4 since day 1, but today discovered that the expensive Zagg InvisibleSHIELD i purchased was perhaps creating - but certainly exacerbating - the problem. when i removed the shield, the proximity sensor on my phone began working. observe caution when purchasing these products!

I just installed the invisibleShield on my iPhone 4 and have no problems. I wanted to use the bumper but didn't feel comfortable with some of the other screen protectors out there. I have used numerous on other iPhones and they are OK at 1st but appear worn and scratched within a month or so.

Try it out. I believe they have a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't like it and you can't beat the lifetime warranty.

I bought an invisibleSHIELD just for the screen of my iPhone 4. Knowing how badly I've put screen protectors on before, I got the lady in Best Buy to do it for me for about $7. She said she'd done hundreds and could do it perfectly. Even though she took great care as far as I could see, when I got it home I noticed that there was a small black piece of dust under the screen. When I have a white background it drives me truly nuts. But that's not all. Even though I left my screen undisturbed for around 36 hours in order to let it set, as soon as I put my phone in a case the edges started to come away and bubble. I've heard so many people say the same thing. I managed to get the case on and get most of the bubbles out, but it still bubbles around the edges a little. It kind of depresses me to look at the phone sometimes!

Apart from that, I actually like the surface. The "orange peel" texture doesn't bother me at all, in fact I find it aesthetically pleasing. You can't see it when you look directly at the screen, only when you look at it from an angle in certain light. And I like the feel of the screen too - it gives a little more resistance to the finger but in a good way. It's kind of rubbery but in a tough, reassuring way. But boy, does that black dot mess with my head.
