Help! My iPhone X touch screen stopped working properly 🙁

Hello! I have a problem with my iPhone X as a small area of my touchscreen seems to have stopped from working. This specific area of the screen doesn’t recognize or respond to touch.

I exposed this unresponsive horizontal area by drawing straight lines in the notes app.

For the record I have not dropped my phone and I have a panzerglass. I would like to know what is causing this and what can I do in order to fix this? Thank you in advance!
