Why is Siri refusing to answer questions while I’m driving and connected through CarPlay? Is the a way to turn this off or change it?

Siri requires strong and stable internet connection
For your Internet connection.
I have a strong and stable WI FI connection in my car so this is not the problem. Siri refuses to answer questions while connected to my car via USB and CarPlay. If it can take the time to tell me it can’t answer my question while I’m driving then why can’t it take the same amount of of time to just answer my question? Simple questions like what time is a movie starting, who won a sports game, or will it rain tonight?
