Backlight bleed - as illustrated - is often associated with de-lamination of the screen. If you are within warranty, you’ll want to contact your retailer - or if you have active AppleCare+ cover, you’ll either need to contact the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store, or Apple Support directly.

If it's within warranty and visiting an Apple Store is convenient, it doesn't matter where an Apple device was purchased. I've rarely had a device purchased at an Apple Store, and I've received service and warranty support equal to that of people who did purchase their devices at an Apple Store.

Were you asking for help? If so, then I have attempted to provide good advice as to how to proceed. If you wish to have your faulty iPad fixed, you have no alternative other than to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the device - or Apple - depending upon your warranty status.

If instead your intent was merely to post a picture, then you were successful in doing so.

I presume that this is an iPad Pro 12.9”.

The link to Contact Support is at top-right of this page.

If you are out-of-waranty, or have no AppleCare cover, Apple may offer you a chargeable exchange for a “reconditioned” iPad of the same specification. The cost is typically around 60% of the “as new” price - and assumes that your existing iPad has no physical damage.
