Can't download latest iTunes

Hey everyone! Bought a new MacBook Pro and had tried since then to download iTunes. To my regrets it does not installs, showing this error "This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier." even though I have the latest version of macOS Catalina 10.15.3. Would be grateful if anyone has resolved this issue and shared that with me. Thank you.
