Music Playlists on MacBook don’t show up in Music app on iPhone

My Music Playlists on my MacBook do not show up in the Music app on my iPhone. I am logged on to all my devices using the same apple id and password. (The iCloud option does NOT appear on my iPhone settings under the Music App. -- don’t know if that is related. I don’t know if “Synch Library” has subsumed the iCloud setting.) I’m getting so frustrated, I’m about to cancel my subscription and go to another service. Please help!

On your Mac do you have Sync Library turned on? If not, see the "On your Mac" section in:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

Also see the "On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" section in the same link above.

Those settings should solve your problem. If not, write back.
