the app store has deleted itself

On both my iPhone and iPad the app store has deleted itself and I can't find where to re-download it from 😢

The App Store app can't be deleted, but it can be turned off. You don't say which iPhone or iOS version you are using, but if you are on the current iOS, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Mark all three as Allow
