Messenger is full of bugs or my watch is defective

hello.

we all have problems with messenger app on Apple Watch shutting down no reason while we are using it.

but I’m not here today for that.

when I try to hear a voice message through messenger app on my watch it is loading like forever and finally I can’t hear anything.

i tried reset my watch, install reinstall, video tutorial for messenger app on AppleWatch but still nothing.

is my AppleWatch defective ?
