Macbook Pro Updating macOS issues

I'm having problems updating my OS to 10.15.3. Every time I click 'Update Now', it suggests to restart my laptop, which i do, but it continues the process of suggesting to restart. I deleted files and made plenty of storage space for the install. No joy. I tried to install the previous OS (10.15.2), but the install fails to go through. I've restarted my MacBook so many times and tried to install this update, I'm stuck on ideas. Please help! Thank you for your time.

Connect your mac to your router via a cabled connection, instead of using WiFi.

Restart your mac and try to update again. If that still fails, then download this

Combo Update, https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2030?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

once downloaded double-click to install.

Do not use the mac while it is downloading.
