Wipe it. Reload it. Don’t restore any existing backup. Load the apps you need from the App Store. Change your Apple ID password. Enable two-factor authentication. Change the passwords on your critical email accounts, particularly the ones used for resetting your passwords. Reset and reload your network router. If there’s other network equipment around, reset that. If you’re in Family Sharing with the other person, exit that family group. Check which users can use Find My. I’m undoubtedly missing other details, but this’ll take a day or three to sort.

You have a lot of junk on your iPhone, but nothing you show has anything even slightly to do with spyware.

Delete the following useless apps (of those we can see listed):

Chrome

Lookout (junk security software)

Avast (the orange blob icon with an "a" on it, which is more junk security software)

Also, OneDrive (sharing and backup app for Microsoft Office, but only if you don't need it).

Or, just nuke it, as MrHoffman suggests.
