In logging in to ICloud to backup my phone I’m advised someone is using my log in in another location (200 miles away). I’ve changed my password but what else should I do and will this mean they can no longer use my log in? Thanks

The location shown in the notification when you log in to you Apple ID is based on you device‘s IP address. This is often not very precise. You should only be worried if you see such notifications when you not currently logging in.

If you received a notification that someone else is logging in under your Apple ID about the time you were doing so, everything probably is OK. The location in the notification is where your ISP reported your login. If their servers are in a location different from yours (possibly quite different from yours), then the notification you saw is a login location error.
