iTunes Music License

I want to purchase a classical instrumental music from iTunes store as a opening video background music. And the video will showing on the company annual dinner and company website.

So do I need to pay the music license / copyright fee for this case ?

And how can I get the license certificate for that music ?

Hello cheung3744,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and I understand you want to know about any licensing or copyright information for using purchased music. I'll explain and point you to the right place.

"Apple’s delivery of Content does not transfer any commercial or promotional use rights to you, and does not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners." You can learn more here: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

You would need to contact the rights holder for more information. You can also look into Apple Music for Businesses: Apple Music for Business

Take care.
