Problems syncing contacts to the icloud

Have you allowed enough time for the sync to complete?

Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Contacts syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.

Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

I've tried all of the above. Still can't see the contacts in the cloud. I see the VCard response below and that's no longer an option for me. There has to be a better solution. Is there a 3rd party app that would help?
