How do I clear to finish setting up your iPad notification?

Hello, I have an iPad 9.7 pro Wi-Fi at my kids primarily use. How do I clear the number one next to the settings app that says finish setting up your iPad? I am on iOS 13.3.1. It might be because I never set up Apple Pay on a device which I never intend to since the kids use the device and I do not take this out to stores and use on touchless terminals.

When I go into the finish setting up your iPad option there’s nothing to do in there it’s just an empty screen.

Well we run the battery down to 0 often until it dies, but good point. So I just tried that and I’m still in the same situation. I have the badge on the settings icon showing a “1” and when I go into settings it’s next to finish setting up your iPad. I click that but just like in my initial post, it’s a small blurb about finish setting up your iPad and nothing else to do. My kids use it mainly, I don’t know maybe I should sign out of my Apple ID and sign my daughters in? Her’s is just signed into messages for face time.
