Is it possible to call forward to an emergency number like 911 or 112 in the call forwarding section in settings? Or will simply not work due to the number and stay turned off?

You will have to ask your cellular carrier.
No. Call forwarding is a carrier feature. The carriers will not permit you to forward all calls to an emergency services number. Doing so would be illegal.

Thank you, I heard in another post that he managed to accidentally forward all his calls to 112 using verizon.
Verizon is a US carrier.
112 is NOT an emergency number in the US.
So essentially, does call forwarding only work with ten digit numbers like 647 536 8281?
And doesn’t work for service numbers (N11) like 911 or 311?
