Trying to understand Script Editor

I am so lost and have many questions. One of my questions is, Does my MacBook use a script editor and create Apple scripts without me, and who can use script editor on a device besides the user of the MacBook?

I have several applications scripts and just scripts. I have no clue how the Automator or script editor works.

MacBook, macOS 10.15

I can't help but think there's more to this question.

Script Editor, like any application, can be run by any user on the machine. It can't be run remotely or autonomously.

Sometimes it's run interactively (launch, write a script, run it), but it can also be used to create script documents (.scpt files), as well as droplets, applications and services that can be distributed and run on another machine without necessarily invoking Script Editor on that system.

So I'm curious, what is your question? Are you asking how to Use Automator and/or Script Editor? Are you concerned about their presence on your system?
