I was specifically asking about ITunes Match, which I believe is a subscription Cloud service. I do not need the full services of an Apple Music subscription just the ability to have my full music Library of songs on my MacBook to be accessible through my IPhone and Apple Watch Series 3. Hoping to receive some information on this topic.
