Apple ID Locked
I received a vague email saying my Apple ID is locked. If I follow the link it ask for my social security number and credit card number... is this correct?

No. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
If an Apple ID actually gets locked, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
