i bought Apple store card and I put in my aacount when I try to purchase from a game says sandbox environment and I don’t have a slight idea what that is can help how to remove it and download and purchase normally

You cannot use Apple Store gift card to purchase game.
You need an App Store & iTunes gift card to do that.
