iTunes account is disabled

My Apple store won’t let me download because it say my iTunes account has been disabled and I’m not sure what to do.

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Hi Keylani,

If your AppStore and iTunes account has been disabled then you will need to contact Apple Support by clicking hereâž” If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

Follow the instructions in the article and it will guide you through so you can try and resolve this.
