MBP Touch Bar problem - part of touch bar gone dark

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) Touch Bar - about 2 inches from the right side gone dark,
Fn keys (starting from F9) not visible but the bar stays responsive.
Restart, SMC reset NVRAM, sudo pkill "Touch Bar agent"; sudo killall "ControlStrip"; do not help
Has anyone encountered this issue as well?

Try quitting process from Activity Monitor.

I tried but nothing changed. It remains dark. Part of the touch bar. 2 inches of the strip from the right side.

It looks like a hardware issue for me. Strange, it is just failed after one year... I think it won't be covered under Apple quality program... or keyboard service programm
