Need help

My boss give me a Apple iPhone 7 he said he that he can’t remember the iCloud account i fully understand him cause he went threw a divorce and a lost of he’s son now can anyone help me open this device

He is the only one that can fix that. Either he tries to recover the iCloud account, or he brings the device with the original receipt to the Apple Store and asks for help to remove the Activation Lock. You can't do it yourself, only the original owner can do it.

Nope. Only he can do that, either by trying to recover his password, or by taking the purchase receipt to an Apple store (assuming he’s the original owner).
