Put wrong birthday for apple ID and its the only way I can change my Apple ID password

Put wrong birthday for Apple ID that I made it forever ago and I got logged out of it and when I try to change my Apple ID password to get back into it they ask for my birthday to reset my password with no other optionsnot sure what my options are because I talked to someone from support and said there was nothing she could do, but feel like theres gotta be something.
