Apple Watch Stuck on Apple Logo After Unpairing

I got a new phone this weekend, and forgot to set my Apple Watch up with my new phone. I went to do so today, and it was stuck on the update screen after I unpaired it from my old phone. So I turned It off to see if it would become unfrozen. It then began a cycle of the apple logo coming on every time I pushed the power button or when I connected it to my charger. The hard reset is not working, and now it is just stuck on the apple logo.
