My daughters iPhone is frozen with the apple symbol on it. We took it to AT&T and Best Buy but they couldn’t do anything because their computer wouldn’t allow it to talk to the phone therefore they couldn’t get the serial number to the phone for any warranty. She’s only had the phone since July 2019

Try force restarting your iPhone (quickly press vol up then vol down then press and hold the power button till phone shuts off.) It should reboot again, see whether it works this time.

if not, try this: turn off your phone by using the same method above, but this time, plug your phone to your computer, then quickly press vol up then vol down then hold the power button till you see the iTunes logo. You may be able to see the serial number, jot it down if you can. Then you can restore your iPhone and see if it works.
