Question about refunds

OK this is complicated I have about $700 of items that my son that was spent on two different cards . I did not know and it was not Authorized. I got refunded only half These purchases were in a two day span Why is it only get half refunded

We are users like you and don't know why the refund decisions were made. If you contact iTunes Support, perhaps they can explain. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
