I bought a new iphone 11 about a week ago.
Normally it works fine, but sometimes there is a serious delayed response which lasts about one or two minutes.
This never happened when I used my older iphone.
It seems like error happens when I lost my wifi signal but I'm not 100% sure. My cpu and storage usage are fine.
Any suggestion?

If I restart my phone, error doesn’t happen awhile, but after some, I still experience the same error.
Also, I updated all of my apps.
My detailed symptoms are like this.
I lost my wi-fi signal randomly (I didn’t relocate my place, so it is safe to assume that wi-fi is working fine) , then delayed response happen one or two minutes. After that, I recover wi-fi signal and the phone works fine.

If you experience this behavior with any app that's being used on your iPhone, I suggest to open the App Store and see if there's any possible updates for your apps: Update apps or use automatic downloads In addition, I suggest to restart your iPhone as this can help resolve unexpected behavior: Restart your iPhone From there, test and see if that helps resolve the delayed response you're experiencing.

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the delayed response occurs, when you temporarily lose the Wi-Fi signal on your iPhone. I recommend to remove and re-add the Wi-Fi network on your iPhone, to see if that helps resolve the delayed response that's occurring. To perform this step, please navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the "i" for the Wi-Fi network > Forget This Network > select, "Forget." Then, re-add the Wi-Fi network: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and test to see if that helps resolve the behavior you're experiencing.
In addition, I suggest making sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. This helps provide software improvements and enhanced security updates on your device: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
