Keeping in mind that Apple will NEVER call you "Dear Client" (Your real name should appear), that's probably a scam attempt. DO NOT give any personal info to anyone and see these articles:
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
and/or:-> Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
