Screen magnified

I have a new iPhone 11 sometimes the screen will super magnify, can only bits of something on it. Don’t know what, if anything, I’m doing to cause this. Last night just took it out of my pocket. I have to reboot to return screen to normal. Why does it do this? An I doing something, touching something, or? How do I get I back without cold booting?
