am trying to purchase UC in pubg game but . It shows me - your purchase couldn’t be completed
why this happening every time please help

This could be:
- age or in-app purchase restriction/block
- an issue with the payment method (funds)
- you need to verify the payment method, again, by entering the Credit Card security code
- you already purchased this time
- there might be an error (between the app) and/on PUBGs server side, and the proper payment information (token) is not being properly exchanged. If this is the case, all you can do is wait for an App (and/or) server update/fix.
