logging in on apple id without changing password

how can i log in without changing my password?it keeps on showing this and i dont want to change my password help!!

i am also logging in to change my apple id

Apple has certain requirements for passwords as shown in the screen shot in your first post. To create an acceptable Apple ID password, you must follow those requirements whether you want to or not. The requirements are designed to help secure your Apple ID from being hacked.

Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.

You signed in here with what I presume is your Apple ID at this point. Change your password. Someone appears to hav4 the current one.
