iPhone XS Max constantly disconnected from USB Type-C to lightning

I have a Type C to lightning cable plugged to my PC. Sometimes when I connect my iPhone XS Max to the PC using the cable, it connects, then disconnect after the sync icon appeared. I have to remove the cable from the PC port and plug it in again to make it works. What's the problem?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

It could one (or more) of three issues:

  1. If your iPhone disconnects from other Lightning cables and accessories, there is an issue with your iPhone's Lightning port. You can Contact Support for more help with this issue.
  2. If your iPhone connects with other Lightning cables, including cables that are connected to your PC, then there is an issue with your USB-C to Lightning cable and you'll need to replace it. You can buy another one here.
  3. If your iPhone charges using the same USB-C to Lightning cable, but doesn't connect to your PC, try using a USB Type-A to Lightning cable to connect your iPhone to your PC. Use a Type-C to Type-A adapter if necessary. If the issue persists, then there's an issue with the USB-C port on your PC. You can contact the manufacturer of your PC for more help with this issue.
