I have a question about a cosmetic issue on my iPhone 11 Pro Max

On my iPhone 11 Pro Max the camera portion that holds the three cameras there is a light scratch in that area is this A defect or normal wear and tear ?

Have you people have the same issue as me can you please reply below.

I have a case though.

iPhone 11 Pro Max camera glass scratch I recently bought my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and always used with official apple leather case and tempered glass. Normal use, never dropped, took always in my pocket not with keys or coins. I noticed a small scratch on the ultra wide camera. I have heard the camera glass is a very hard and durable material, it is sapphire and it should not so easy to get scratched. Possibly manufacturing problem?

iPhone 12 color peeling off near camera iPhone 12 color peeling off near camera within a month. Reached out to service Center as per support team and was advised that it is not under there purview. Support team is saying it’s a user issue when it is very clear that it’s an issue with the product/manufacturing. Case ID 101607706484. Please resolve.

A scratch, any scratch or minor cosmetic damage that does not affect function and that appears after you’ve started using the device would be considered wear and tear, not a defect.
