Trading phone in with apple upgrade program

Hi, so I have a damaged LCD and cracked back of my phone. I am on the apple upgrade program but wasn’t sure what the cost of replacing my phone or upgrading it per the yearly upgrade would be?

If you are already in the Apple Upgrade program if you want to upgrade when the new iPhones come out you will either have to repair your iPhone or pay it off fully. You cannot return a broken one to them.

Another possibility is that you have Apple repair the current iPhone (which, of course, would be at your expense) and then trade in that repaired device under the Upgrade program.

Normally, such a damaged device will not be worth anything in terms of credit towards a new device, since condition is a factor in determining the trade in value.
