Apple TV will not finish installing

When i try to finish the installation process, either my Iphone or Ipad has a problem syncing to Apple TV and get a error code (-71136) on Ipad and (301024) on Iphone. I am not a 100% on exact error code numbers.

Setup Failed 71147 Apple TV Initial Setup Hey all. Trying to setup my 4th Gen Apple TV I got this morning and the setup fails with the same error code 71147 every time. I can go through language, data use, Siri, then security, but after this it's just a spinning loading ring and after about 3 minutes or so it fails. I've tried a manual setup and it gets stuck the same with the spinny ring after I type in the verification code sent to my iPhone. WiFi 2.4GHz iPhone X iOS 14.2 (updating to 14.3 as we speak to try that) Thanks in advance.

Apple Tv I’m trying to connect my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7 Plus to my Apple TV and it keeps coming up with an error message Failed (-71163)what does that mean.? Thanks
