App Store fault

I am Australian living in the Philippines and my store location is AUSTRALIA. searched for the shopee app and not found in Australian App Store with advise to change to the Philippines App Store which i did and found the shopee app but after clicking to download it gave me this false answer

It isn't a false answer. You can use only one App Store at a time. Your account is registered currently in the Australian App Store, as the alert states. You may not use any other App Store associated with any other country, even if you are located there at the moment.


To use the Philippine App Store you would need to be a legal resident of the Philippines. You would then need to change your account for the App Store to the Philippine App Store and provide an authorized payment method for the Philippines with a local Philippine billing address.
