I want to use icloud but a message pops up stating "photos and videos synced from Finder will be removed" Syncing photos via Finder is not supported when icloud photos is turned on. 4,223 photos and videos will be removed? I want to transfer all of my photos to icloud and I don't want to loose any of them.

Photos and videos that you previously synced to an iPhone from a computer are removed from the iPhone when you turn on iCloud Photos. The originals of those photos should still be on the computer they were synced from and they can be added to iCloud Photos from it. See the instructions in the "What if some of my photos and videos are missing after I turn on iCloud Photos?" section of Get help with iCloud Photos - Apple Support
