Voicemail transcription
Looks like the transcription feature on my Iphone Pro Max has been off since December. Apple can't figure it out and it's not a carrier issue.

From what I've read is that the transcription feature isn't working on your iPhone. I'd like to help. First let's check that Visual Voicemail is set up correctly and supported by your carrier: Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone
Then make sure Siri is turned on either via Hey Siri or Press Side Button / Press Home Button
Siri's language has to be set to English (United States) or English (Canada): Check your voicemail on iPhone
"Voicemail transcription (beta; available only in certain regions) shows your messages transcribed into text. Transcription is limited to voicemails in English received on your iPhone with iOS 10 or later. Transcription depends on the quality of the recording".
Also check for the latest updates for your iPhone and carrier updates:
