Can I still use my iCloud on a new iPhone?
Since I am getting a new iPhone can I still use my iCloud on the new iPhone and the extra storage that I’m paying will it still be used on my new phone?

Yes. An iCloud storage plan is linked to the Apple ID that you use for iCloud and not to any specific device.
