Purchased Date not valid

Hey!

I am trying to get my Mac purchased date with the help of serial number but its shows me "Purchased Date is not valid". When I am trying to put this manually it trigger error again please try again later. I tried this after a week same result what should I do for this.. How can I check the Purchased Date please help me out..
