Emails about iCloud storage increase
I assume every email from Apple is a scam so how I pay to increase storage safely? Is there a phone number for live service help? Thank you Craig

I’m not so sure it is desirable or useful to “assume every email from Apple is a scam”. You need to learn how to discern scam from legit emails. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201679

The link is "tips", i read that already. Still don't feel secure, I lost a lot of money last time I responded to an "Apple email".
So there is no way to do this over phone? Thanks.
Then don’t respond to them via any links in the email. Login to you account directly. What is it it you wish to do that would require a phone call (or respond to an email, for that matter). Neither is needed to increase iCloud storage.
To increase your iCloud Storage on Windows:

Payment is taken from the method registered, or credit entered, in your iTunes/Apple ID account.
Don't respond to any email you're not 100% sure about. The page Iinked to, and the method I quoted, doesn't involve any emails and is quite safe. Always use methods on Apple's own sites, don't follow links in emails.
