Apple Music Removes Downloaded Music

Hello

My Apple Music deletes downloads of songs on my iPhone even with the “Optimize Option” in settings turned off and yes I have enough space on my iPhone it has a capacity of 64GB with only 29GB being used which is why I don’t understand why my music is being deleted.

All my music when downloaded goes up to 21GB but when I checked it today it was at 16GB some songs can’t play when am not connected to the internet which is very annoying someone please help me stop Apple Music from automatically deleting my music.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that music is unexpectedly getting removed from offline listening via the Music app. I'll gladly do what I can to help.

Based on the settings you've done already, try these as well:

Try the steps here to check the connection to Apple services even if you can connect: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, try these: If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library
As a last step, try uninstalling and reinstall the Music app itself. This will remove all current downloaded music, but you can still redownload them: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch
