I don't see the value for an incoming email BULK folder when there are INBOX and JUNK folders. I have a spam mail app and BULK is an obstacle. How do I remove the BULK folder and have mail sent to INBOX or JUNK and have the spam app do its work?

BULK isn’t a feature of Mail. Perhaps it is something your email provider has on its server. Or, maybe it’s your Spam email app.
