How do I find or reset my Recovery Key? And it's not "Just sign in with your password and trusted device, go to the Security section and click Edit, then click Replace Lost Key." Because "Replace Lost Key" is not in "Security" section.

Did you use a trusted device? Are you using 2-Step verification or at some point did you switch to 2-Factor Authorization? If you did you would not see the Replace Lost Key option. What type of trusted device are you using?

As long as you remember your Apple ID password and still have access to one of your trusted devices, you can sign in and create a new Recovery Key.
Keep your new Recovery Key in a safe place. Your old Recovery Key won't work anymore and you can't use it to reset your password or access your account.
Because "Replace Lost Key" is not an option on my account page.
I should have explained what I'm trying to do. I am trying to add an old Gen 1 ipad back on my account that I haven't used for a long time. It's looking for a Recovery Key to verify my identity. I guess it's B4 2FA.

I have the same issue. I tried also tried appending the 2F code to the password and my old device is not accepting it.
I have gone through 2-step verification and don't have the option to 'reset your recovery key' regardless on what device I try to use. Its just not in the security section.
If you are referring to 2-Step verification you set the Recovery key and have to write it down or memorize it. There is no way to find it.
